On the leg from Barcelona to Perpignan, the crew overflew the east part of the Pyrenees Mountains and was descending to Perpignan-La Llabanère Airport. Due to low visibility, the pilot failed to realize his altitude was insufficient. On approach, the aircraft crashed on a hill located in Saint-André, some 3 km west of Argelès-sur-Mer. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact and all three crew members were killed. Crew: Alexandre Bury, pilot, Georges Guyollot, copilot, Léopold Servin, mechanic.

While cruising over Andalucia, the engine caught fire, forcing the crew to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft crash landed on a beach located near Nerja and came to rest against rocks, bursting into flames. After landing, the crew was attacked by Maures tribesmen and killed while the aircraft was set on fire and destroyed. Crew: Léopolds Gourp, pilot, Henri Erable, copilot, Mr. Pintado, mechanic.

While cruising south of Tiznit, the engine failed. The pilot 'Pivot' made a force landing and all three occupants were unhurt. Unfortunately, they were hijacked by Maures tribesmen and the aircraft was destroyed by fire. All three men were released few days later.

Too low, the aircraft impacted the ground short of runway and came to rest, bursting into in flames. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot Paul Félix was seriously injured (burnt).

En route from Algiers to Alicante, while cruising over the Mediterranean Sea, the crew encountered technical problems and attempted to ditch the aircraft about 100 km north of Cape Ténès, Algeria.
